RME Party Grand Opening and Games

This page will be the home of our grand opening party. We will be hosting an open verse with two short and two long verses available for our partygoers to get a chance to be on.
This song is going to be called ‘RME Party’ and will have all of our artists doing verses and hooks. Entrants who participate but don’t win may be selected to go on a second song called ‘RME Afterparty.’ RME Party will have previews set up for participants to get an idea of what they are working with, and RME Afterparty will be a secret track of which will not be revealed until after the conclusion of the event.
Winners will be chosen in two ways;
We will find an undisclosed amount of runner ups and allow the community to vote on who they think is the best and 2 of the winners will be chosen this way. RME internal staff and artists will select one long verse and one short verse that they think is the best after the community voting has concluded and those will be the final 2 winners. In the event that we do not get enough participation from the community, RME will choose all final winners.
All four open verse slots are completely different. Winners will not be chosen unless each slot has at least one entrance logged in our system.

(We also accept your version of the chorus’ for gang vocals if you feel like it.)

Instructions:
Entrants will need to provide clean vocals with no reverb (we have our own for this song) in the file format of .WAV (do not exceed -6db)
Provide a reference track of how they want to sound over the part.
Provide a copy of the lyrics as text.
The files should be uploaded through Google Drive or Dropbox with no restrictions on downloading so that RME can retrieve it.
The song is at 159 BPM at 4/4 in the key of C Minor.

RME PARTY OPEN VERSE COMPETITION

1. Overview
RenDar Music Entertainment is launching the "RME Party Open Verse Competition" to celebrate the debut of its new website. Participants are invited to submit original vocal verses to be considered for inclusion in the official release of the track "RME Party," which will feature a mix of RME artists and community-selected talent. Additional tracks such as "RME Afterparty" may include further contributions.
2. Submission Details
There are four open verse slots: 2 short and 2 long.
A preview version of the instrumental and reference guide is provided to assist with submissions.
Participants may submit only one entry total, regardless of which slot they choose.
Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not previously released or distributed.
Entrants will need to provide a clean acapella vocal file with no reverb, ensuring that they do not exceed -6db and exported in the file format of .WAV
Entrants will need to provide a reference track of how they want to sound over the part.
Entrants will need to provide a copy of the lyrics in text format.
Entrants will need to upload and send these files through Google Drive or Dropbox with no restrictions on downloading so that RME can retrieve it.

3. Eligibility
Open to artists worldwide, age 18 and up.
Entrants must be able to legally enter into a binding agreement regarding the rights to their submissions.
You must sign up for e-mail updates to enter. (This is how you will receive updates on winners.)
4. Originality
All submissions must be 100% original, created by the submitting artist.
No third-party samples, interpolations, AI-generated lyrics, or copyrighted material may be used.
5. Selection Process
RME will pre-select finalists for each verse slot.
The community will vote on these finalists to help determine the winners.
RME will also select at least one winner directly for a short and a long verse.
In the event of insufficient community participation, RME reserves the right to choose all winners internally.
6. Rights & Ownership
By submitting an entry, participants agree to the following:
RME shall have exclusive ownership of all masters and copyrights related to the final recordings, including the submitted verse.
The entrant transfers all rights (including publishing and performance rights) of the submitted material to RME upon submission.
Non-winning submissions may still be selected for inclusion in future RME-related releases, such as the "RME Afterparty" remix.
All entrants will be credited appropriately for their contributions based on the information they provide.
7. Distribution & Artist Support
All official tracks will be distributed by RenDar Music Entertainment via Amuse.io.
If a winning artist does not have an existing distribution profile, RME and Amuse will create a Spotify artist page and pages on other relevant platforms on their behalf.
8. Compensation
No royalties or monetary compensation will be provided unless explicitly agreed to in writing. (separate contract)
Participation is voluntary and unpaid, with credit and exposure being the primary benefits.
9. Usage Rights & Edits
RME reserves the right to edit, remix, or alter submissions for the final production.
Submissions may be used in promotional content, social media, remixes, compilations, or future RME releases.
Entrants are permitted to share their submitted verse in various media formats for personal promotional use only, such as on social media, portfolios, or reels, provided it is not monetized or distributed as part of another song or commercial release.
10. Disqualification
Submissions will be disqualified if they:
Contain hate speech, slurs, violence, or illegal content.
Are plagiarized or violate copyright laws.
Are incomplete, submitted late, or not following the provided instructions and rules. (These Terms and Conditions)
11. Final Decision
All decisions by RenDar Music Entertainment regarding finalist selections, winners, distribution, and inclusion in future projects are final and non-negotiable.
12. Agreement Confirmation
By submitting a verse to the RME Party Open Verse Competition, the participant acknowledges and agrees to all the terms outlined above.
